Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome at all of the Ticon Properties locations.  There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet.  We accept up to 3 pets per two or three bedroom; however, the total weight of all pets should not exceed 100 pounds.  A $200 non-refundable pet fee and a refundable pet deposit are required.  The pet deposit is refundable 30 days after move out if Pet Agreement terms are satisfied.  The pet deposit will be applied towards any remaining balance on the account after move-out.   
     
    A picture of the pet and documentation from a veterinarian stating the pet’s breed, weight at full maturity, and vaccinations are up-to-date are required before move-in.
     
    Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Chow, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Terrier, and Pit Bull.
     
    Non-refundable Pet Fee:  $200
